Turnaround venture capitalists see opportunity in the current downturn
“Every problem is an opportunity in disguise,” said US statesman, John Adams. As the market corrects, VCs are looking at turnaround opportunities for solid returns. “It’s going to be really interesting to see how this plays out,” one VC says. “The dot-com bubble and the 2008 crash, there was a correction for two to three years. We are in the early innings. We are seeing more deals than ever. Founders are really looking for partners and a different way to grow their business. It’s a good time for what we are doing.”
