Edgars’ second chance?
A big part of Retailability’s strategy for Edgars’ growth, following its business rescue two years ago, is in e-commerce, as customers are increasingly opting for convenience. Its partnership with Pargo means Edgar’s shoppers can now collect in-store or access 2,500 other Pargo collection points. One of the areas Edgars still wants to grow in is product returns, either to its e-commerce warehouse or to other branches, should customers need to have their apparel moved quickly.
