DTI Webinar on BRPs

Engaged Business Turnaround recently co-presented a webinar on the business rescue with the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition. These DTI research forums are held quarterly to look at what is happening in practice and inform legislation. With Business Rescue being one of the key elements of the Companies Act, this presentation looked at the role of the Business Rescue Practitioner and whether more industry regulation is needed to enhance the profession.
